To reset your password, navigate to the login page and click on the 'Forgotten Password' link. Enter the email address associated with your account, and you'll receive an email containing a link to reset your password. Click on this link and follow the prompts to choose a new password.

To update your contact details, first log into your account. You'll be taken to 'My Account' upon successful login. Click on the 'Your Profile' tab and update the necessary information as required. Don't forget to click 'Update' to save your changes.

To change your password, log into your account and you'll be directed to 'My Account'. Click on the 'Your Profile' tab, enter a new password, confirm the new password in the respective field, and finally, click on 'Change Password'.

If you're unable to add or edit your wines, it may be because you have already submitted your wines as your final list or the deadline for entries has passed, thus your wines have been submitted automatically. For assistance, please email us at [email protected].

Users who are invited to the system will receive email updates about submission deadlines from our team. If you're uncertain about any deadlines, you can always reach out to us at [email protected].

If you wish to delete your account, please submit a request via our online form here. Our team will assist you in deleting your data in line with UK-GDPR and EU GDPR regulations.
